The Horder Centre, in Crowborough, East Sussex, is a charitable hospital providing NHS services. As a registered charity, the Centre works to help patients with painful and often debilitating arthritic, orthopaedic or other musculo-skeletal conditions. As we specialise in these particular areas, all of our efforts, including fundraising, can be directly passed onto our patients.
