Modified Pilates
1 hour one-to-one session = £40
Courses (6 weeks/1 class per week)
ESCAPE class for Knee pain
1 hour class with up to a maximum of 6: £60
Traditional Pilates
1 hour class with up to a maximum of 8: £42
Modified Pilates
1 hour class with up to a maximum of 6: £60
Payment Process
All treatments must be paid for on the day, cash, cheque and debit cards accepted. Credit cards are also accepted.
Additional items may be recommended to assist your treatment such as resistance bands, ice packs and/or orthotics, these will be prescribed on an individual basis and are charged separately.
Private Medical Insurance
Our Physiotherapists are registered with most major health insurance companies.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or re-arrange any appointments, we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation charges.
All courses are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. No refund can be given if a session of your course is missed.
Unfortunately we are unable to treat anyone under 16 years old.
