Every effort is made to ensure that your treatment and stay with us is of the highest standard. However, if you have any comments or wish to make a complaint, please download our information sheet 'We Listen to What you Say' or email info@hordercentre.co.uk

In the event that you are unhappy with our response to your complaint, you can contact the Healthcare Commission who can conduct an 'Independent Review'. For further information and our Inspection Report, please visit www.healthcarecommission.org.uk
