Theatre Manager

We have a vacancy for a:

THEATRE MANAGER

Full time hours 37.5 per week

 

Your main responsibilities will be to lead, support and develop the theatre staff, providing professional managerial leadership whilst ensuring the delivery of the highest standard of care to patients and staff. 

Applicants must have proven experience in an ODP or an equivalent clinical role.  They must possess Change management, leadership, problem solving and decision making skills.  Actively participate in business planning and a have a strategic viewpoint of changes to theatre environment and staffing requirements for the future.

Previous managerial or supervisory experience of a Theatre team and financial knowledge for departmental costs is highly desirable.  Candidates should be able to develop good communication networks and relationships at all levels.
