Private Patients
The first thing to do is to contact your insurance company to check that you are covered for your proposed treatment programme - including outpatient attendance - and they will advise you as to the next steps.

NHS Patients
The Horder Centre has referral arrangements in place with a number of NHS Primary Care and Hospital Trusts. This means that as an NHS patient you can be referred directly to the Centre for your diagnosis, treatment and care, and your Primary Care or Hospital Trust will pay for everything.
