Our philosophy
Our philosophy is very simple: to be the best we can be in everything we do.
We recognise that to put this into practise on a daily basis we need to listen to our patients. Our patient feedback questionnaire is one important way that helps with this process and another is our regular internal staff meetings. These meetings not only ensure excellent internal communications but also ensure all information is shared including any day-to-day feedback from patients and staff alike.
An 'holistic' approach
We recognise that today the term 'holistic' can be over used but for us here at the Centre, it is an approach that has formed part of our philosphy since the charity was founded in 1954.
As specialists, it can be tempting to see patients as joint problems but it is actually because of our expertise and history that we understand the impact such problems can have on an individual that enables us to see patients as 'human beings', doing their best to cope with day to day problems.
What keeps our pioneering spirit alive is the living proof that our expertise, care and attention really does make a difference to our patients lives.
